A Little Encouragement

When I placed my final seed order this spring it was raining. It was coming down in buckets, snow was melting at an alarmingly high rate and communities were experiencing devastating flooding. I ran across these ‘Marvel Mix’ marigolds. They were as bright as sunshine and the shape of the blooms reminded me of little cheerleader pom poms. Knowing we could all use encouragement from wherever we could get it...I ordered some seed and I’m so glad I did! They are strong, sturdy plants with bright, happy blooms and the butterflies love them! Now to see if these gorgeous blooms will dry!

Thank You!

Ken and I want to thank all of you for the calls, texts and emails we’ve received. We are blessed and fortunate. Our roads were flooded for a couple of days but we can now travel County Road O to 275 and get to Fremont if we have to. We are safe, dry and planning to work extra hard this year to fill the flower farm with beautiful blooms so it can be a relaxing and peaceful place for others to visit and take a breath. Please keep all of our Nebraska communities in your prayers. This is going to be a long recovery.

Surprise!
