Save the dates!

Fall Open House...September 11, 12 and 13! Friday and Saturday 9am to 5pm and Sunday 10am to 4pm.

Also taking reservations for our next 'Lacto-Fermenting 101' classes. Learn to make healthy and probiotic-filled foods from your garden harvest. The Fremont Hy Vee dieticians will be our guest speakers. The next classes are scheduled for August 8 and September 26 from 1pm to 3pm. Class fee is $10.00. Let us know if we can save a seat for you!
