June 11 'Lacto Fermenting 101' Class!
Still time to register for the June 11 'Lacto Fermenting 101' class! It's easy and inexpensive to make healthy, probiotic- filled foods in your own kitchen! Lots of taste testing in this class! Vegetables, fruits, relishes, salsas, condiments and nut cheeses as well as beverages such as Kombucha! Class is taught by a horticulturist and expert fermenter. Guest speaker is a registered dietician who will discuss the health benefits of fermented foods. Class will be held at TLC Country Floral. Class fee is $10.00 and registration is required.
